App growth on short-form, without fake personas

Real, vetted people use your app and post your approved hooks from their own accounts. Every post disclosed. No fake reviews, no bought installs.

Short-form is one of the cheapest ways to test an app's positioning. The playbook most of the category uses is a pile of invented personas, each one claiming the app "changed my life". That is exactly the pattern the FTC's 2024 rule on reviews and testimonials describes, and it risks TikTok's rule against pretending to be a fake person.

Postfield runs the same volume with real people. Vetted Air Fresh Marketing ambassadors download your app, use it, and post your approved hooks from accounts they own. Captions open with #ad and the platform's paid-partnership label is on. Disclosed posts stay eligible for TikTok's For You feed. Undisclosed commercial content can lose that eligibility.

You also get the developer tools you expect: a REST API, MCP server and CLI, so your growth team or your agent can create campaigns and pull results programmatically.

Each poster holds their own account, and the bio states the brand relationship. Nobody pretends to be a stranger who stumbled onto your app.

Test positioning, not just ads

Run ten angles at once, like productivity, money saved or fun, across many posters. Within weeks you know which story your audience cares about.

Screen recordings plus a real face

The best app videos mix a person reacting with a quick screen demo. Our posters do both, using your actual app.

Agent-ready

Plug campaigns into your stack through the API, MCP or CLI. The disclosure field is required, never optional.

Compliance notes for app brands

No fake reviews or rating asks

Posters never leave paid app-store reviews, and we don't sell ratings, likes or installs. The FTC rule bans fake reviews and fake social-media indicators. This is general information, not legal advice. Check with your counsel.

Claims must match the product

"Saved me $400" needs to be true for that poster. Posters describe their real use. Your team approves scripts.

No impersonation

Accounts can't pose as your official account or as a made-up person. Bios state the brand relationship.

FAQ

Do you offer comment or like packages?

No. Selling engagement risks the FTC's ban on fake social-media indicators and breaks platform rules. Posters reply to comments on their own posts, which is authentic.

Can our AI agent run campaigns?

Yes. See the API, MCP and CLI docs. Disclosure is enforced in the API itself.

Will posts say they're ads?

Yes. #ad up front and the platform label on. That keeps posts eligible for distribution instead of risking a penalty.

How many hooks should we test?

More than you think. Read how to test hooks at volume.

Can posters show real account data on screen?

Only if they're comfortable with it. For finance or health apps, posters use demo data or blur personal details, and the hook never implies results they didn't get.
